Clock Radio Alarm: Grundig G4 World Recorder Black Review

The previous (and first) review (Cool design, mediocre performance, July 13, 1999) of the G4 is no doubt a review of the discontinued Grundig Executive Traveler G4, not the new Grundig World Recorder G4 (the World Recorder did not exist in 1999). Currently there do not appear to be any reviews of the G4 World Recorder.

I do not own either radio. My rating is based merely on the fact that Grundig's documentation and specifications fail to mention at what bit rate (Kbps) the G4 will record and the fact that the recording bit rate (i.e. recording quality) is apparently not selectable as there is no mention of it in the user manual.
