So far, I've really enjoyed this alarm clock.My favorite feature is the "fail safe" feature when using the iPod.It worked out well when I had the alarm set to iPod and the iPod had slipped out of it's insert.The buzzer still came on.Also, the "going to sleep" options are very nice.My only complaint is that there are so many features, that it was a bit complicated to learn and trust (why I took away one star).Now that I've gotten to know the features, I've really enjoyed going to sleep and waking up to this device!Click Here to see more reviews about: Timex T172G Dual Alarm Clock with AM/FM Radio and iPod Dock (Silver)

Play and Charge Your iPod
The Ti72 plays and charges docking iPod models, so you can enjoy your music (along with the alarm features), and when you're ready to hit the road, your iPod will be too.
Wake to iPod, AM/FM Radio, or Buzzer
Wake to your favorite morning radio program, or pick your favorite tunes on a docked iPod. Of course, for some that's not enough, so you can still bring out the heavy artillery with a buzzer alarm.
The display features a dimmer for adjusting the brightness to your liking, and standard alarm features are also included, like the ever-important snooze, for a little more precious sleep.
Dual Alarm
This allows you to set separate wake times, so if your companion has to go to work earlier, it's not up to them to reset the alarm.
The Ti72 also allows you to set separate alarm sources, so one party can use the iPod and the other can go with the radio/buzzer, depending on preference.
Automatic Alarm Reset
The Alarm Reset function turns off the alarm, then automatically resets it for the next day at the same time. Take away the worry of remembering to set the alarm each evening.

Based on a sleep study conducted at Case Western Reserve University, Bedtime Beats comprises soothing music that cycles at 60-80 beats per minute, which was shown to help people fall asleep and stay asleep longer.
Auxiliary Input
The 3.5mm line input lets you connect external audio devices, such as MP3 players, for an easy amplification solution.
Optional Remote
