I ran into this am/fm alarm clock iphone charger in a hotel I stayed at in NYC. It impressed me so much that I purchased one for my own home and have not regretted it one bit. It is very well made has a nice solid sound and is easy to use. One of the features I enjoy most about it is ability to listen to streamed music from the iphone using a 3g connection. So even in the middle of NYC I was able to listen to my regular station via the internet. It also worked well as an alarm. This of course won't replace your regular stereo but it does offer a very nice warm sound atypical of a clock radio. The styling is to my taste and construction is very well done. The company itself also seems very responsible so check their website. Not a cheap product but I find it better than the Tivoli model 3 and it has a sleek connection for the iphone/ipod. BTW I have no problem using the 3gs on this system.
